Adults 13+ Kick start your life with Martial arts. we run sessions 3 times a week for adults with classes incorporating a mix of karate, kickboxing, mobility drills, sparring and fitness.
The adults classes are mixed gender and aimed at helping every student achieve their goals whether that be get fit, lose weight, make friends or learn self defence.
