6 week adults beginners ONLY course!
The course is inclusive of two sessions a week for the 6 weeks, you can do as many or as few sessions as you like in the 6 week span!
Sessions included Starts 14th jan
Tuesdays 20:30-21:15 and Thursdays 19:50-20:35 included
that's 12 sessions over the 6 weeks for only £49
The course is proven to help you improve fitness, gain confidence, make friends and learn a new skill.
The sessions will include bagwork, focus mitts, sparring and lots of fitness work.
