FAQ Who are you classes suitable for - Our classes are suitable for anyone between the ages of 3-65 years old both men and women. How much is it to train- Our monthly fees are all listed above:-) What do we teach- Our session involve Kata ( traditional forms), Sparring (Points, light continuous), Pad work, Bag work, Core strength, line work, cardio work outs and a lot more! When do your sessions stop? Our classes run throughout the year inc bank holidays, half terms and summer we only stop for Christmas normally one week! What do I need to bring to my FREE trial- Make sure you bring a drink then all you need is yourself, wear loose fitting clothing and we train barefoot. Do I have to enter competitions- No entering competitions is completely up to you we have some students that are very interested in competing but we have just as many that don't so we will aid you either way. Do I have to grade- Again this is the choice of the student not a requirement.
