Our ladies only sessions are aimed at ladies of all abilities and ages regardless of fitness or experience you can come and join our growing community of ladies!
The sessions are mix between fitness drills and martial arts drills so theres something for everyone whether your trying to get fit , lose weight, learn a new skill or just want to make some new friends.
